Health and Wellness Coaching

A coach is someone who will walk with you on the path to your dreams.

Hi, I’m Coach Laura. I have been coaching for 3 years. I started coaching by offering 1-on-1 astrology natal chart readings. I continued to practice coaching through The Highest Self Institutes’s Spiritual Life Coaching program where I focused more on life-purpose and self-discovery practices to integrate into my astrology readings.

Things began to shift when I noticed themes of health issues come up. I noticed patterns between the stories clients shared and the ailments they were experiencing. It led me to reflect on my health journey and how my focus on better health led me to a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

I enjoy coaching because I feel in flow and excited when I can help someone understand themselves more deeply. I believe a coach is someone who can walk with us on our journey of life when we need extra help. Health and wellness coaching is meant to only last a season because it’s the coach’s goal to help you create the habits that will allow you to maintain a new behavior on your own.

I studied at the Health and Wellness Coaching Academy through Nutrition Factors and I am currently studying for the National Board Certification exam for Health and Wellness Coaching.

Health and Wellness Coaching

  • Health and wellness coaching focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their personal health goals through a holistic approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A coach works collaboratively with clients to identify their unique needs, set realistic goals, and develop actionable strategies tailored to their lifestyles.

The coaching process often begins with an in-depth assessment, where clients explore their current health status, habits, and obstacles they face.
